Everyone knows that riding a bicycle is really fun! But did you know that more than 50,000 bicyclists were injured in 2009 and 630 died from accidents with vehicles, according to the latest figures by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)?

                                                  Kids do the following to stay Safe on your bike:

1. Stay with or near a parent or older friend at ALL times on a bike so you don't get stolen or lost.

2. ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET

3. Have breaks on your bike so that you can stop if there are cars.

4. Don't go to fast.

5. Bring a water to keep hydrated

6. HAVE FUN!!!
